KC Computer Repair will make every reasonable effort to protect your data. However, it is possible that data can be lost due to factors beyond ourcontrol. You, the customer, are responsible for backing up your data to removable media. We may back up your data for you at your request, if yoursystem has the necessary components to do so on site, or by other means at our shop. KC Computer Repair will not be held responsible in any way forlost data, or any loss of revenue or income resulting from such loss. The customer understands that ALL DATA WILL BE LOST if we have to formatyour hard drive, including any applications that are not included with your version of Windows, that you do not have legal CD's for. You also understand that during the course of service data (personal files) can become corrupt or unusable, in such case you will not hold KC Computer Repair responsible
